Nathan Schreiber

An engineer and artist, Schreiber illustrated the #1 New York Times Bestseller Health Care Reform and made cartoons for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, FEMA, and the University of Pennsylvania. He presents science comics and live activities at schools, camps, and after school programs throughout New York City, and has worked closely with children with special needs as a director of the non-profit Ink Well Foundation.

Dr. Amanda Simson

A professor of Chemical Engineering at the Cooper Union in New York City, Dr. Amanda Simson has worked on rockets for Boeing and alternative energy technologies for Watt Fuel Cell. Dr. Simson taught middle school math for 3 years and helped found and develop the curriculum for the first Democracy Prep Charter School in Harlem, NYC.

Dr. Naomi Klinghoffer

Dr. Naomi Klinghoffer is a professor of chemical engineering at Western University in Ontario. She has been a teaching fellow for the NY Academy of Science and the Columbia Center for Technology, Innovation, and Community Engagement and developed alternative energy technologies at the Gas Technology Institute. Dr. Klinghoffer and Dr. Simson were lab partners during their PhDs in the Combustion and Catalysis Laboratory at Columbia University.
